TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FIRAS HANNA, GREAT LAKES REAL ESTATE, OR ANY AFFILIATES, OWNERS, AGENTS, OR PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Firas Hanna, Great Lakes Real Estate, and our affiliates, officers, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these terms or any law; or (c) your reliance on Site content. We may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and this Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising from the Site will be in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
